Questions about price.
Why do you publish your prices?
Because most firms only find out the cost after a sales call, and that wastes everyone’s time. Every package has a public price, and every build gets a fixed quote before work starts.
Is the audit really credited?
Yes. If you book any build within 30 days of the £595 audit, the full £595 comes off the build price.
How do payments work?
Audits are paid up front. Builds and websites take a 50% deposit when you sign off the plan, with the rest on handover. Care plans and AI partner plans are monthly.
Do prices include VAT?
No. All prices exclude VAT.
What if the build needs to change halfway through?
Small changes are part of the weekly demos. Anything that changes the scope gets a written change request and price before we do it, so there are no surprise invoices.
Can a grant pay for it?
Manufacturers in the West of England may qualify for Made Smarter, which match-funds half of a technology project, up to £20,000. We check eligibility for free with any audit.
